Also known as: Coffee Sardinia Gennargentu's Ice Coffee, Ayo!, Cafe Welcome back, Mauritius Island Coffee, Orisei or are you doing.
Ingredients: coffee, ice, sugar, bread crumbs guttiau, shaved pecorino cheese brand "Heart of Orgosolo" Ichnusa beer.
Preparation: combine ingredients in shaker Sardinian (guttiau bread, pecorino "Heart of Orgosolo" Ichnusa and beer) and mix. Combine the ice and the coffee start to shake and then add the sugar. Serve chilled.
Notes: by shake-like decor cemetery, is a coffee for connoisseurs (which can, for example, to catch the notes of cheese in the bouquet of flavors). Who throws it in the sink, especially the bottom, NOT 'WORTH / Y:-D
